Transport, Training and Safety Solutions are an independent, external consultancy service ran by Richard Stuart with over 30 years in transport, predominantly in legal compliance, training, safety (NEBOSH qualified) as well as a depot manager (operator license holder) for 10 years.

We are available for both HGV national and international PSV operator licenses. Based in the North East of England and able to cover Teesside, Yorkshire, Durham, Wearside, Tyneside and East Cumbria.
